PixelBotix Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (hereinafter referred to as the 'Policy') outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and cancellations for PixelBotix, applicable to all its programs, courses, products, and services. By purchasing or enrolling in any product, program, or service offered by PixelBotix, the user (hereinafter referred to as the 'Customer') agrees to be bound by this Policy.

I. Definitions and Interpretation

  • 'Applicable Law' means all local laws governing the offering and acceptance of PixelBotix products, services, or courses.
  • 'Approvals' means any approval, consent, permit, license, authorization, or registration legally required under Applicable Law.
  • 'Customer' means any individual or entity that has purchased a product, program, or service from PixelBotix.
  • 'EMI' means Equated Monthly Installments paid by the Customer through financing arrangements facilitated with or without PixelBotix’s assistance.
  • 'Financial Service-Provider' means individuals, organizations, or entities providing financial support.
  • 'PixelBotix' refers to the organization providing educational programs, training, products, and services.
  • 'Processing Fees' means non-refundable fees charged for administrative or transactional purposes.
  • 'Program Fee / Purchase Amount' means the amount paid by the Customer to PixelBotix.
  • 'Refund Request' means a formal application by the Customer seeking reimbursement.
  • 'Force Majeure' refers to events beyond PixelBotix’s control, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, or pandemics.

II. Authentication and Verification of Refund Requests

  • Refund requests shall only be processed upon successful authentication and verification by PixelBotix.
  • PixelBotix reserves the right to reject incomplete or unsatisfactory refund requests at its sole discretion.

III. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
  • No refunds will be issued after a product has been shipped, accessed, or substantially used.
  • For training programs or courses, refund requests made within two weeks of commencement may be considered (subject to deductions).
  • Refund requests made after two weeks from commencement shall not be entertained, except under exceptional circumstances at PixelBotix’s sole discretion.
  • No refunds shall be provided if the Customer has accessed more than six classes or significant portions of training material, or if the product/service has been substantially used.

IV. Procedure for Submitting Refund Requests

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to PixelBotix at support@pixelbotix.com
  • The refund request must include: Full name, Order ID / Program Name, Payment details, and Reason for refund request.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 45 days of payment or loan disbursement, whichever is earlier.
  • For EMI-linked payments, requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the next EMI date.

V. Refund Categories and Conditions

  • Training Programs / Courses: Within the first 5 classes: 70% refund (after deductions). After 5 classes: No refund.
  • Workshops & Short-Term Programs: Within the first 3 sessions: 70% refund. After 3 sessions: No refund.
  • Products / Kits / Hardware Purchases: If unopened and returned within 7 days: Eligible for refund after 10% deduction. Opened/used/damaged products: No refund.
  • All approved refunds will be routed through the original payment channel or financial service provider.

VI. Fee Deductions and Processing Charges

  • Refunds are subject to deductions:
  • Within 48 hours of payment: 10% deduction.
  • After 48 hours but before product use/course access: 30–50% deduction.
  • After usage/activation: No refund.
  • EMI-linked refunds will follow financial service-provider rules.
  • If PixelBotix cancels a program/service, a full refund will be issued.

VII. Force Majeure

PixelBotix is not liable for delays or refund failures due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, pandemics, or unforeseen circumstances.

VIII. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–21 business days after approval, subject to bank/financial service-provider clearance.
  • Any disputes shall be settled through arbitration under Indian law. The seat of arbitration shall be Chennai, India.
  • PixelBotix reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website.
  • Fraudulent refund claims will result in denial, legal action, and possible reporting to authorities.
  • PixelBotix shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
