Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods
We ship through reputed courier agencies. EMS Speed Post is available on special request to remote locations. While we strive to ship all items together, product characteristics or availability may require separate shipments.
2. Shipping Time / Delivery Time
We aim to ship orders within the same day. 99% of orders are shipped within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped on Monday.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:30 PM (except Sundays and public holidays). Customers can expect delivery between 3 PM and 10 PM.
Though we target 2-5 day delivery anywhere in India, actual delivery times depend on courier services and are beyond our control. Please plan your order accordingly.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is provided for orders of INR 1000 and above, or for products with free shipping mentioned. For orders below INR 1000, shipping fees are as follows:
- Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana: INR 200
- Other states in India: INR 400
4. Express / Next-Day Delivery
Express Delivery is available for NCR regions for orders paid online. A charge of INR 200 applies. Orders placed before 4 PM will be delivered the next business day.
Orders placed after 4 PM or involving customization will require an extra day. Express charges are non-refundable if the order is canceled or exchanged.
5. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with courier details. Track your shipment using the provided AWB number.
For items out of stock, use the "Notify Me" option on the product page. We use reputed courier services for speedy delivery. If no courier service is available in your area, alternate arrangements may be attempted, or we may have to decline the order.
6. Damages and Replacements
If you receive a damaged or tampered product, refuse delivery and contact Customer Care at +91 72004 45335 / +91 72004 45331 or support portal with your order reference number. We will make our best efforts to replace the product as soon as possible.
